Schedule:

Looking for an applicant who is willing to meet families at flexible times. This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position with some on-call responsibilities.

How you get to use your skills…

  • Demonstrate an inclusive practice both in the office and in the field to support a diverse and accepting culture

  • Build professional relationships with other stakeholders in the community

  • Get on site training in an evidenced based model

  • Receive weekly feedback from a trained FFT consultant to enhance treatment and engagement

Experience and Skills:

  • Licensable Degree in Social Work, Counseling or a related field

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Experience working with children and families in a community-based or "in-home' setting

  • A strong belief in the capacity of people to grow and change

  • Possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude needed to appreciate and encourage diversity, and understand the concept of cultural trauma as it applies to individual and family functioning
