Job Description:

JOB OBJECTIVES: The Accounts Receivable Clerk will invoice vendors on a weekly/monthly basis, as well as maintain and administer proper billing for UC under the supervision of the Accounts Receivable Manager.

SCHEDULE: Non Exempt

  • Regular hours entail 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Must be flexible to meet program needs

FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for weekly/monthly invoicing of vendors
  • Daily maintenance of care days, youth placements, intake and discharge
  • Investigate foster parent stipend, payment discrepancies
  • Develop and implement strong tracking of youth movements
  • Assist with other finance projects as assigned

Experience and Skills:

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in related field required
  • Ability to work with a computerized accounting system
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to work in a flexible team context
  • Ability to work well with people from many cultures including recent immigrants, non-English speakers, and LGBTQ children
  • Ability to travel to all agency locations as required
