Job Description:

Under the supervision of the AVP of Clinical Services, will provide clinical oversight to the UC TFC Clinical team. Will work closely with AVP to ensure the delivery of strong, patient centered and culturally sensitive practice


  • 40 hours, exempt position
  • Regular hours entail 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Must be flexible to meet program needs
  • Travel outside of regular work hours may be required based on project needs


  • Participate in weekly staffing meetings with clinicians, case managers, case coordinator, and other ORR staff
  • Randomly audit files/STRIDE/Portal
  • Hold regular supervision meetings with their staff
  • Provide ongoing individual and group coaching sessions to staff for processing of complex cases and best practices
  • Provide on-call clinical support and guidance to clinical AD staff
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to AD’s
  • Observe ADs in meetings, supervisions, crucial conversations
  • Provide feedback on Significant Incident Reports (SIR)
  • Ensure patient centered and culturally sensitive practice
  • Participate in training of all clinical AD’s and their respective treatment teams, to ensure they are versed in the clinical approaches for working with the UC and foster families
  • Provide record keeping and documentation for all clinical activities (case documentation)
  • Collaborate with Psych NP on treatment plans and staff clinical training needs
  • Respond in a positive and respectful manner to diversity, among the agency’s service population

Experience and Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field; NYS LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCAT required
  • Limited permit considered with contingency agreement to obtain LMHC
  • Experience in the human service field and working with at-risk populations (3+ years)
  • Experience providing direct clinical services (3+ years)
  • Experience providing supervision
  • Ability to work well with people from many cultures including recent immigrants, non-English speakers, and LGBTQ children
  • Bi-lingual - English-Spanish required. All agency documents and records are in English, so English writing proficiency required. Position itself requires Spanish speaking, writing, and reading proficiency
  • Strong skills in all Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Valid NYS Driver’s License required


  • Word processing: Including responding to e-mails, composing letters, completing computerized documentation, transcribing minutes for meetings, etc.: This involves sitting at a computer for several hours a day
  • Completing paperwork -Such as copying and stapling
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Sit/ride in vehicles, busses, subways, trains, plains - public transportation for lengthy periods of time
  • Walk up/down stairs
  • Walk to enter/exit subway and other public transportation
  • Walk several blocks to get to required location
