Job Description:

Cayuga Centers is committed to providing our staff the safest possible work environment. The primary function of this position will be to run and operate the Wellness Checkpoint for the Auburn, NY location. This includes reading staff temperatures and oxygen saturation levels to ensure they meet Cayuga Centers standard of wellness while maintaining employee health privacy. The Wellness Checkpoint will also be triaging visitors before they are allowed to enter other Cayuga Centers buildings. Customer service is a key component to this position. Attention to detail is required for record keeping, notifications of 'Failing' assessments, and if necessary, contract tracing. Organization and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other hygiene and sanitation supplies.

Schedule: Full-Time

Regular hours 7am-3pm. Travel to other agency locations may be required.

Functions:

  • Set up and breakdown of work station daily

  • Record and notify appropriate staff of wellness assessments

  • Perform and manage Contract Tracing - if necessary

  • Organize and distribute of weekly PPE

  • Organize and ship additional supplies, including PPE and sanitation supplies to satellite offices, NYC, and out-of-state programs

  • Monitor and ensure office occupancy restrictions are compliant with internal metrics

Experience and Skills:

  • Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Assistant strongly preferred
  • High school diploma with relevant health office and/or administrative experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to collect, organize, and relay critical information
  • Ability to multi task while maintaining strong customer service
  • NYS Driver's License
  • Ability to travel to all agency locations as required
