Job Description:

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: To participate in coordinating administrative services for the evidence-based Functional Family Therapy-Therapeutic Case Management (FFT-TCM) Program, along with the Senior Director of the Central Region. The FFT-TCM Functional Family Therapy Supervisor will be responsible for clinical and program supervision as well as organizing and tracking all the collection of data. The supervisor will attend training, and weekly FFT-TCM Model Consultation with the program founders.

FUNCTIONS:

* Supervise all aspects of the FFT-TCM team

* Maintain fidelity to the FFT-TCM Model

* Participate in County-level meetings to educate County staff about the program, manage referrals and utilization

* Responsible for program reporting including outcomes, FFT-TCM data collection, and maintaining all necessary records, forms and reports

* Responsible for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of Protected Health Information of service recipients in any form (e.g., computer access, conversation, document) during and surviving the termination, expiration or cancellation of employment/association with CC

* Responsible for complying with rules and regulations governing access to Protected Health Information under HIPAA. Access to Protected Health Information is limited to the extent required to perform responsibilities effectively and efficiently. No access will be permitted unnecessarily. The essential job functions as described, herein, dictate the level of access, use, and disclosure of confidential information

* Represent the agency at designated county meetings working to project and present and unified Cayuga Centers voice and perspective

* Perform other duties as requested by the Vice President, the Chief Operating Officer of CNY, or the Chief Executive Officer

* Responds in a positive and respectful manner to diversity, among the agency’s service population and staff

Experience and Skills:

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Licensable master’s degree in Social Work or related Human Service field with at least 2 years of experience working with children and families in the Child Welfare system

2. Experience with supervising a team

3. Experience with providing clinical supervision

4. Experience with providing, or a deep understanding of case management

5. Excellent organizational and communication skills

6. Ability to work independently, as well as lead a team.

7. Ability to internalize and work within a strength-focused, solution based program model

8. Belief in the capacity of people to grow and change

9. Ability to set appropriate boundaries and limits for best practice

10. Flexibility to work when the families are available to meet

11. Vehicle required: Must be safe and dependable

* State law mandates that one’s personal automobile insurance is directly responsible in any vehicle accident. Cayuga Centers advises that he/she let his/her insurance company know if he/she uses his/her vehicle for agency business

* Mileage, Tolls, & Parking are reimbursed through agency payroll

12. Ability to travel to other agency locations as required

HOURS PER WEEK: Exempt

* On-call (if applicable) and need to report to work

* Regular hours entail 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Must be flexible to meet program needs
