Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service related field with 3 or more years of Residential Care experience providing therapy/treatment services for at-risk youth and families;
Takes a leadership role in the Treatment Team in a treatment-led environment, and possesses a strong understanding of trauma and its effect on youth placed in out-of-home care;
The ability to set limits and intervene appropriately to meet the needs of the youth and families served following residential living treatment protocols;
Strong staff leadership, motivational and training skills;
Valid NYS driver’s license.
