Cayuga Centers is seeking compassionate Group Care Workers to join our Residential Treatment Center in Auburn. Cayuga Centers has created a unique atmosphere that resembles a home environment to assist our youth in meeting their treatment goals. Group Care Workers provide a safe space for youth through structure and predictability and are responsible for supervision and monitoring of day-to-day activity, supporting intensive therapy and treatment planning, guide skill development, coach youth to use skills during difficult times, and model pro-social behaviors. What YOU’LL do:
As a Group Care Worker, you will be providing direct supervision to youth in a cottage setting, serving as a mentor. You will be responsible for building a safe and secure environment; working with a team of staff and treatment team members to use behavior modification strategies to empower and encourage youth to grow. You’ll also be earning a competitive benefits package and hourly pay ranging from $14.10 to $20.10 (depending on education, intensive program differential and completion of 6 months)
